Return & Refund Policy

Returns (30-Day Window)

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible:

  • Item must be unused or minimally used, in good condition

  • Must include original packaging and tags (if applicable)

  • Proof of purchase is required

We understand that sometimes you may need to open or try a product. Returns may still be considered if the item is in resellable condition.

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, email us at sales@etherealeureka.com with:

  • Order number

  • Reason for return

  • Photos (if item is damaged or defective)

Our team will review your request within 1–2 business days and guide you through the next steps.

Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to a defect, damage, or wrong item, we will arrange pickup or cover return shipping.

  • For all other returns (change of mind, etc.), the customer may be required to:

    • Ship the item back to us, or

    • Bear a nominal return shipping fee

All returns are processed through our central hub in Margao, Goa.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.

However, you can:

  1. Request a return

  2. Once approved, place a new order for the desired item

This helps us process requests faster and avoid delays.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Perishable goods (food, plants, flowers)

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Personal care items (for hygiene reasons)

  • Hazardous or flammable materials

  • Sale items and gift cards

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours with photos. We will prioritize a quick resolution.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • You’ll be notified of approval status

  • If approved, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method

Please note: Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to reflect the refund.

If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days, feel free to contact us.
